CHAY PHILLP

About

Experience & Background

Chay has been operating within the finance industry for the past five years, previously working as a financial planner within an independent advisory practice. This background provides him with a holistic understanding of personal finance, allowing him to structure mortgage solutions that align with broader financial circumstances.

Before entering finance, Chay worked as a secondary school teacher specialising in History within the H.S.I.E. learning area. His teaching background has shaped his communication style — he listens carefully, explains concepts clearly, and ensures clients fully understand their options before making decisions.

Having lived and worked across multiple cultures, Chay brings empathy and adaptability to every client interaction. He holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, a Diploma in Financial Planning, and additional qualifications in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Margin Lending.
